These are new Heavy Duty motorcycle black shock absorbers. This set of shocks is specifically made for the Honda VT1100C Shadow, ACE, SPIRIT, and SABRE models from 1987 to 2007 only. The free length is 12" which is about 1/4" inch longer than the original stock shocks. The 1/4" longer length is insignificant and will have no impact on ride or handling.
