These are new shock absorbers. They have black bodies and dual chrome springs. The lower spring is wound tighter than the upper spring which provides a progressive resistance. The free length from eye to eye is 12.25" which is the stock length for the Honda VT750 Spirit. The springs have 5 tension adjustment positions. The spring adjuster tool is also provided.
