These are new HEAVY DUTY motorcycle rear shock absorbers. They are not air shocks but they make excellent replacement shocks for the Kawasaki ZG1200 Voyager. The free length is 12.75" which is .25" (1/4") shorter than the original 13" shocks. The 1/4" shorter length is insignificant and will have no affect on ride or handling.
