This is a new set of motorcycle dual spring shock absorbers. We have been selling and installing these shocks in our service department for over 30 years. They have an all chrome finish. They measure 13.25" from eye to eye which is 1/2" shorter than the original 13.75" factory shocks. The springs have 5 tension adjustment positions. The spring adjuster tool is included.
