These are new motorcycle chrome shock absorbers. The free length from eye to eye is 10.5" which is the stock length. The springs have 5 tension adjustment positions. The spring adjuster tool is also provided. The metal bushings are preinstalled for ease of installation. The green wire ties that you see in the photo are there to secure the bushings in place to keep them from being lost.
