These are new motorcycle black shock absorbers. The free length from eye to eye is 11.5" which is 1" longer than the stock 10.5" shocks. The springs have 5 tension adjustment positions. The spring adjuster tool is also provided. The metal bushings are preinstalled for ease of installation. The green wire ties that you see in the photos are there to secure the bushings in place to keep them from being lost.
