These are new Heavy Duty motorcycle black shorty bobber shock absorbers. The free length from eye to eye is 12" which is 1/2" shorter than the stock OEM shocks. They are ideal if converting to a bobber or just if you want to lower your bike. The springs have 5 tension adjustment positions. The spring adjuster tool is also provided.
