Brand new, I bought these for an 09 infinite fx35, didn't realize that awd and 2wd were different struts... these as per part number are for AWD fronts. One has minor scratches in it due to I put spring in it before I realized was different than the ones for my car. THERE ARE BOTH FRONT STRUTS on this listing....
