Made in the USA! Sold as a PAIR of brackets for both driver side and passenger side that REQUIRE WELDING to the frame. This is a cheap and easy solution for the 3rd gen 4runner rear shock mount problem. The upper factory inboard mount brackets are prone to rusting through and the mounting location is very difficult to access.
