Measured inductance with inexpensive meter so only an estimate of inductance. Looks like some sort of antenna matching transformer with a single turn for secondary. Coil looks like several #14. The form is ceramic and looks like there was some arcing and needs a good cleaning. It measures 6” x 4”...
