This item is in FAIR condition. The rails have been painted and the paint is peeling off. The rails do not have any cracks. The rails are slightly bent. They have rail stiffeners installed. One of the rear axle wheels is slightly bent. The rest of the wheels are straight and spin free. The hyfax are still useable. THe torque arms are straight and do not have any cracks.
