This is a left side Lucas L771 side marker light base 54576399 / 54576395. Fits a TR4A and TR250. It has a few spots of pitting and some flaking on top with a bit of a rough edge. Probably should go to your chrome. But still very saveable. (The lens is not worth saving, however) Overall this will be a great one to work with. You cannot beat the original old parts.
