Used cylinder and head removed from a Yamaha 4 zinger looks to be on stock bore size yet measurement was 43.9mm. No cracks or fins broken but at the very minimum should be honed to remove the small amount of rust. Comes as pictured as questions as needed also have other zinger parts available...
