For your consideration is a used Fisher or Western made by Douglas Dynamics 3 Port Isolation module. The part number is 29070 with a green label. The pins appear straight and I unplugged a harness from it. This is a used module, I don’t have a way of testing it as my truck is setup with a 4-Port system.
