This listing is for a license plate lamp that is a universal fit. This lamp will fit a 1-1/4" hole and has a 28" wire with a 13" sealed boot and does come with the light bulb. Trucks did use this type of a light in the bumper but could be used on anything that a light is needed such as a Rat Rod, Hot Rod, Custom or Street Rod. This will fit a 1-1/4" hole.
