You are looking at an older assortment of craftsman metric sockets. There are 8 "G" series and an extra 11mm 12 point "V" series. If you look close at the pictures, it does not look like they have ever been on a ratchet wrench nor does it look like the socket has been on a nut. They have been stored for several years in a toolbox in an unheated garage and have surface marks on the outside.
