This Snap-on 8L 1/2" drive universal swivel adapter is in good working condition. The joints are still tight The friction ball works well. I put some oil on it and depressed it so the oil would get behind the ball and lubricate the spring. It has no owner's engravings. United States shipping only no international shipping....
