This is a very rare MEALLIFACTURE E-type jack used on 3.8 and 4.2 cars after the Shelley screw jack and before the same design with a detachable ratchet handle. It had a limited design life since the integrated handle was often broken requiring the whole jack to be changed under warranty. The ratchet style solved this and is common on many British cars.
