Bench tested goes up and down. Squeaks a bit when operating, might need to be lubed. There is a repair performed on the spring assist housing. There is a very common issue with these spoilers, after years of use, the spring breaks through the plastic housing. One of the springs here was broken all the way through and the other was cracked so we reinforced both sides with metal wire, this repair should last the life of the car. Please see pictures....
