This part goes into the top of the gun, and the cup threads into it. Part number 93650531 or 3-2 in lph400 repair diagrams. I have seen several people mistakingly think this is part of their cup because the paint has kept them stuck together over the years. This part should remain in the gun body when removing the cup....
