Starter plate that allows you to use your stock 1955-56 3 bolt starter when using a 200R, 350 turbo, 400 turbo, 700R, 4L60E transmission. This uses a 168 tooth flywheel only. You MUST use a GM #3965589 starter brace. I recommend longer dowel pins in the block for lining up the transmission. These items are available on ebay for less than $25 for both. Also works on newer chevy v8's with broken starter mounting pad. SAE 3/8" bell housing bolts are included....
