Harley FXR/FLT Starter Motor Cover (OEM #31536-89) We've not done our full research on this cover, but we have identified it as OEM #31536-89. A previous owner, however, indicated a slightly different part number on the inside, OEM #31535-89, but that part number corresponds to a slightly different cover style. The markings inside indicate application for FXR and FLT models for 1989-early 1990, only. But we have not yet confirmed that using our Factory references. No dents and no dings. But ther...
