From a 1974 Honda cb200.  This was a good running bike before disassembly.  This is the part that is mounted on the left cylinder head that holds the ignition points and also acts as a camshaft and rocker carrier. This is a used part but a good part none the less. The rubber seal pictured did not leak but you will need a new gasket that goes in between it and the cylinder head....
