Key is missing, so I couldn't test the ignition or to see if the shaft rotates. Tilt works properly. The blinker switch moves, but feels kind of sticky. It doesn't click like it should. The shift knob is missing. I have this car's steering wheel listed separately. Its pic is included only as a reference. It is NOT included in this listing....
