This is a 1940 Chevrolet CHEVY Special Deluxe Original Steering Wheel with Center Cap. It is not bent or twisted and was removed from a Northern Michigan car where the Sun does not beat up interior plastics as in the South and out West. The horn ring / bar is in good condition and not bent, cracked or twisted. The wheel has minor cracks that would be an easy fill prior to painting. Please look at all photos as they say more than I can write....
