This is a used 1946-48 Plymouth horn ring and horn button. After a good polishing the chrome horn ring will look very good. The center plastic horn button is in very good condition, however the original white paint in the center is worn. I tried to remove all the white paint with paint remover, nothing doing, that is probably stubborn lead based paint ??? Soooo, used as-is, or repaint, your call....
