This is a Brand New horn bar bushing or insulator. This will fit 1961, 1962, 1963, & 1964 LeSabre, Invicta, Wildcat, Electra, Special, Skylark, and Sportwagon models as well as 1963 & 1964 Riviera models.The last picture of the listing shows the steering wheel assembly from the service manual.
