This is a Brand New horn bar bushing or insulator. This will fit 1965 Riviera models as well as 1965 & 1966 LeSabre, Wildcat, & Electra models. The last picture of the listing shows the steering wheel assembly from the service manual. The piece label "bushing" is the part I have made and I am selling in this listing.This may be black or white in color (same material just a different color).
