Here's a black steering wheel and horn bar with center cap removed from a 1966 Chevelle.There's quite a few small cracks in the plastic and it needs a repaint,the bar has some very minor pitting and shines nice.The cap is in nice shape with the plastic having some small stress cracks.Horn bar mounting parts are included.Look at all the enlarged pics to see exactly what you're buying.You get the parts pictured....
