Here's a blue steering wheel and horn bar with center cap removed from a 1966 Chevelle.There's a few hair line cracks in the plastic and it needs a repaint,the bar has some minor pitting but shines nice.The cap is in nice shape with the plastic having some minor wear/scratches.More parts will be needed to mount the horn bar.Look at all the enlarged pics to see exactly what you're buying.You get the parts pictured....
