Here's a used steering wheel from a 67 Lemans for restoration,someone started an amateur resto.Has all the normal cracks but is complete with horn bars and center cap,Chrome has pits and plastic on cap has stress cracks.These are getting very hard to find these days.Look at all the enlarged pics to see exactly what you're buying.You get the parts pictured...
