This is an original GM deluxe steering wheel center cover/shroud with SS427 emblem. This deluxe style steering wheel was optional on all 1968 Chevrolet models except Corvette. The emblem however, was specific to the SS427 model in the Chevrolet fullsize(Impala) line and is a very rare and hard to find part.
