I believe that it is for a 1969 Mercury Cougar, Mercury Cyclone, Mercury Comet, Mercury Montego, Ford Mustang, Ford Fairlane, Ford Torino, Ford Galaxie, Ford LTD, and possibly other 1969 Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury products.
