Nice driver condition. Finish on ring has some wear. Minor nicks, scratches, and flaws. Exposed metal surface on backside has light rust. Horn pad has all retaining tabs intact. All pieces are there, and the horn presses and depresses nicely. No cracks in the horn badge. Some silver paint flaked away at the very bottom of badge.
