The leather wrap isn't bad, no major damage just some wear. The spokes will need reconditioned. They are rusted on both sides.This WILL NOT work properly a fox body ford. It looks very similar but it is different. This will fit 78-86 ford trucks and broncos. 75-77 maverick, 75-78 mustang 2, 75-80 pinto, 75-77 granada, 75-78 full size cars.
