Original Honda part from Japan. Fits 97-01 Honda crv's. These lower/outer hoops are found as an add on, to the jdm bush bar that we do not have in North America. It comes with all the necessary hardware to Bolt onto your existing jdm bush bar, but as you can see 8/10 nuts have seized and need to be drilled and rethreaded/ tapped.
