This is an original GM simulated walnut wood steering wheel. This wheel was standard equipment on 64-66 Corvettes. It is also very similar to the option wheel for 67-68 Camaros, Chevelles,Novas, Corvairs, Impala, and the standard wheel on 67-68 Corvettes.. The difference between the 64-66 wheel and the 67-68 wheel is the way the spokes connect at the hub mounting area.
