Good used blue pad with a used horn switch in working condition. The switch has a small black piece of plastic missing but it doesn't affect the operation. See picture #2 for the details. Has a few fine scratches on the emblem. There is some dis-colorization on the blue pad. Vinyl is still soft with no damage to the pad. Would be the same for a Dodge, you would have to change the emblem. Ships u.s. mail....
