A vintage steering wheel hub adapter for installing aftermarket steering wheels. Based on the lack of provision for a horn push leads me to believe it is for a MGB with stalk mounted horn button. It has 6 holes to mount the steering wheel on and might fit Motolita, Mountney,or Nardi Steering wheels....
