This is a used rear fork (swing arm) off early Iron Head Sportster. I going to guess 1963 to 1970. It was chrome plated 20 plus years ago. Most of the chrome you see when the fork is on the bike is passable. (the parts you would normally clean). The under side (bottom) of the swing arm does have some damaged chrome.
