We believe this is new old stock GM but could be used. Found loose in an old Chevrolet dealership. Looks to be the fader knob control and wiring for a 1967 Chevelle/Malibu radio. We are not 100% sure, so look at photos closely and only purchase based on your knowledge of your car - no returns. It is possible it is used, we are not sure. Sold entirely 'as-is' no returns.
