New Old Stock OEM headlight/dimmer/dome override switch from a 1998 - 2005 Chevrolet S10 or Blazer with the Rear Fog Lamp and Headlamp Level Adjustment options. Some of the export trucks had rear fog lights and a dial to adjust the height of the headlamps for driving between the UK and Europe. This switch panel is used to activate both options.
