We are not 100% sure but we think this is a New old stock GM part# 6466183 (also was 6466326 493269 and 490025) cruise control lever for 1976-77 Pontiac and Buick models that had black knob, dimmer on column (swivel style stalk). We have seen this same part number have the chrome lever too, so this can be a little confusing.
