This is a rare Delco Bose stereo from an 84 Eldorado that had only 54,000 miles on the odometer (see last photo of cluster for reference). The sticker is missing but according to my books it should be 16032326. It was completely disassembled and rebuilt and would make a perfect replacement for your optional (and very rare) Delco Bose Gold unit.
