We removed this working driver's door control master switch panel from our USDM (LHD) 1993 Toyota MR2 as part of an interior retrofit, over 5 years ago. It was working fine when removed. The bezel is black in color. Mounting tab is intact, and all printing is in great condition. The power mirror L-R selector switch button cap is chipped (… I broke it trying to remove it during cleaning ☹) but functions otherwise, see photos. You should be able to transfer the button from your existing switch...
