This is an original VW part, not a Chinese copy (I have tried both and the feel is definitely different). I have tested this part on my 2011 Golf and works as expected. Please note that this part does NOT include the two switches at the end of the right stalk which are needed to access vehicle settings in some models (see pictures). This is why I am selling the part as my vehicle needed those switches. Use the part number (picture included) to check fitment....
