Not sure on the brand. Looks to be either drag customs or eagle eyes by the markings. It was cut free from the wiring harness after testing. It was working when removed the side lights were never installed and in the package. It came off of a 100th anniversary 08 softtail. This was a nice bike unfortunately it was front end wrecked and the parts are here for sale that didn't get any damage. This should fit any 99 and up style softtail. Again it did come off of a 08 softtail....
