This is a bracket we designed quite a few years ago when we first started swapping the 2.5L Fusion engines into the Focus. Its purpose is to properly orient the factory throttle cable/cruise control bracket. You will need the factory bracket from your 2.0/2.3L intake manifold. This bolts to the front two throttle body mounting holes and was designed for the throttle body to be in that stock position.
