This is a used and modified Coats M-76 wheel balancer. The balancer is functional but is not in original condition. Glass in head has a chip at the edge near the triangular marker. The factory sealed rear of the head (the side of the balance mechanism that is normally permanently closed at the factory with pinches of the inner barrel) has been opened.
