These tires are being sold as "used" strictly because of their 2022 date code. They've never been mounted on a rim. We've found that when our customers order a "new" tire they typically expect it be somewhere between 6 months and 24 months old. As we strive to meet our customer's expectations, once a tire gets to a certain age we mark it as used and discount the price accordingly.
